The page of public self-services can be accessed and that page need user name and secret code (personal identification number) that consists of six numbers according to code definitions and then click on login.
o The student can have a user name which is the university number of the student. The secret code consists of six numbers of dates of birth as (year / month / day). And the date must be an input in the system, for example, if the student's date of birth was 09 / 05 / 1407, the secret code would be 050907
o For privacy and Confidentiality, the student should re-enter the old password then enter a new one, it should consist of 6 numbers, it should not be similar to the old one, then you have to re-enter it again to make sure of the first entry and then press “Sign- in ".
o To ensure privacy of password and according to what is applied in all internet sites, the signing in begins with the page of “Question and answer " which are related to privacy, the system asks the user to enter any question and answer it so as to remember the password later if he forgets about it. Through the main page you can press " forget password” to enter this page to remember your password.
The “Question and answer” should be secret and the student should keep them, the answer should not be Easy to forecast and speculation
o In the home page of the student, you can view the link of personal information's and a link for student services, in the top of pages there is a map to return back to menus, there is also a link to exit and help and return back to the home page.
Through personal information link, the student can:
(1) Change Question and answer of privacy.
(2) Change the password
(3) Display address and phone information
Through student services link, the student can:
Register, and thru it He/She can:
• Choose class
• Weekly schedule
• The student schedule
• Registration statues
• Current registration
• The histories record of registration
Student registers, through it the student can:
• Display suspensions
• Final marks
• Display academic register
• Menu of courses
• Display information's about the student
• Academic timetable
