E-communication and news floods transmitting more easily and efficiently, that’s why reaching and joining knowledge and education centres and libraries is becoming easily accessing. Developments of Education Stages: First Stage: Before 1983It is an era of the traditional teacher, where contacts between tutor and students were only in the classrooms according to specified timetable. Second Stage: 1984 up-to 1993 It is an era of the multimedia tools, where Windows and Macintosh operating systems and magnetic disks had used largely to enhance education. Third Stage: 1993 up-to 2000 The World Wide Web “the internet” had emerged.  Fourth Stage: 2001 up-to-date The second generation of the internet network had prevailed, where the designing of website have become more advanced. The notion of e-learning have become widely known since electronic presentation tools has used in delivering lessons at traditional classrooms and multimedia education technologies involved in face-to-face and online learning. In addition, since smart schools and virtual classrooms, which definitely enables students to interact and share outside lectures and symposiums through internet techniques and interactive TV, spreading. e-learning can help largely, according to its strengthening and flexibility, in advancing the educational process and in solving many obstacles that standing in the education today’s path and deliverables quality, as it: •    Provides multiple types of educational courses for learners everywhere and anywhere throughout internet connection. •    Reduces costs of education and training. •    Enables the precisely learning follow-up. •    Reaches far learners at their own places. What’s E-Learning and what distinguishes from Distance Education? E-Learning is a method of educating that help in delivering information for learner depending upon modernized technologies of PC and the world web wide and its multimedia forms like CDs, Educational Software, E-mails and discussion forums. Distance Education is part of the electronic educating process. In both cases, learner is receiving information remotely, but when we talk about electronic educating, it is not necessarily talking about online synchronous education but it rather about online non-synchronous education. Virtual education is simply means to learn extensively from far places through internet and technological methods. Blended Learning: It comprises of a collection of multimedia tools, which had designed to complete each other’s.
