For patients, registration and initiating new record at the medical centre is requiring:
1) Saudi ID card or family original card.
2) Staffs work ID (in case of non-issuance, statement letter from work is needed).
3) University ID (in case of non-issuance, identification letter from the university is necessary).
 

Appointments at the specialized clinics would be pre-booking either by personally attending or by calling the women’s division at 966 125 845 60 and men’s division at 966 125 830 55 (except the traditional medicine clinics). Special and determined days for vaccinations are scheduled.
- Coordination and follow-up transfer cases.
- Arrange records and files in a manner that ensures the comfort keeping and retrieval.

A number of supporting medical services are offering by the centre, namely:
- Nursing.
- Health education.
- Pharmacy.
- Medical engineering.
- Laboratory.
- Physiotherapy (Under construction and will be inaugurated soon).
