Some of the current authorities in the university depend on the individual efforts to their members and some of the translators form out of the university to do the translation job which became not enough any more. That is why the need became bigger to organize translation process inside the university using a developed system available through its electronic gate faster, more accurate and effective. In addition to, provide the possibilities of cooperation between all the authorities of the university in translation and benefit from the efforts of unlimited number of translators through the internet and in all the specializations.

In order to keep the scientific high reputation of the Imam Muhammad University, all the translated texts had been checked in its source language to avoid linguistic and print mistakes, and as these operations are carried out individually, in every place in the university, it became obligatory to have a system for linguistic check to be supervised by specialists in this field to check all the translated texts.
