Years and decades are unfolding - and in the future, as Allah willing, centuries – on the kingdom of justice and humanity and the homeland of Quran and Sunnah, and each and every year is better than the pervious one developmentally, prosperously, faith, security, tranquility, unity, harmony,   and national coalition which is difficult to find its similarity in a world that fully of unmanageable seductions, destructive strife,  astray revolutions, variable parties and rivalry and fighting.

Since Imam His Majesty the King Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman Al Saud, may God rest his soul and make Paradise his resting place, unified this country on the twenty first of Jumada I, 1351H and this country live a prosperous ages in all fields which suits its religious status which God gave to it. It is the cradle of divine messages, place of revelation, a composition of hearts and faith strength, Muslim qibla, the country of the Two Holy Mosques, the land of rituals and holy sites which millions of Muslims visit yearly from all over the globe worshipping Allah, and in response to the call of Abraham (peace be upon him) “Our Lord! I have settled some of my posterity in an uncultivable valley near unto Thy holy House, our Lord! that they may establish proper worship; so incline some hearts of men that they may yearn toward them, and provide Thou them with fruits in order that they may be thankful” Ibrahim (37), and “And proclaim unto mankind the Pilgrimage. They will come unto thee on foot and on every lean camel; they will come from every deep ravine.” Al-Hajj (27).

To drink insatiably from science and scientists fresh well and receive care, facilitation, processing their affairs, security, confidence, all services, and miscellaneous facilities of which efficient men from different sectors are in charge, who have committed themselves to serve their religion, their country, their brothers and sons of their nation without talk or harm or force or coercion or tiring or boring or complaining or prayer, they do that for God’s sake faithfully. Who enters this blessed country is safe: himself, his religion, his wealth and his mind. How can it not?! It accepted Islam as a religion, constitution of life, system of government and methodology of science and business. So there is no surprise to have distinctive flag of the testimony of faith, as a notification and declaration of protecting the den of pure monotheism and true belief, defending the pure faith and not doing anything of laws and acts of worship except for God alone, no tombs be worshiped but God, do not beg or pray or assign or ask for help or fear or hope from anyone but God and also swear by God only.

This country was misled for ages and suffered like other Arab, Islamic and Eastern countries as a result of separation, fragmentation, dispersion, wars, backwardness, ignorance, poverty, heresies and superstitions even God Almighty wished to give the power to heroes, supporters and faithful to God, believers of God and His verses and what he privileged His believers of freedom, dignity, independence, pride, humility and sincerity with God and with the self and society.

Then the sun of right shined and light of God shined and transmitted unity, coalition, security, safety, development, prosperity, reformation, guidance, righteousness, civilization and civility. Especially to what was studied of the provisions of religion and its teachings of pure monotheism and science of Quran and Sunnah.

Then parent leader King Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman Al Saud, may God have mercy on him, recoup the kingdom of his parents and forebears and created a strong kingdom, choosing Shura as a system of his rule, considering the legitimate vote basis of his monarch, reminding the Islamic world of Caliphs, history and glories of the caliphs and the early Muslim rulers. By grace of God, it came like rain but not from the sky, from the ground which supported spirituals and sacred places with materials. The king’s rigor, wisdom and firmness presented a giant barrier against the exploitation, colonialism, domination and subordination without affecting independence. He uses these goods and wealth to serve the religion, the sacred sites, homeland, citizen and elevating him, dispelling the darkness of ignorance, replacing it with the light of knowledge, and the eradication of poverty, destitution and disease, dissemination of knowledge and culture, achieving comprehensive development, and civil disciplined with orders of Islam, Sharia and rulings of Islam to the delight of homeland, citizen, but every expatriate Arab and Muslim who are residing in it. The country goods were not limited to its people, but extended to include all those who need.

Then endowed guided, leaders, righteous and caliph sons inherit the rule from their father, may God have mercy on him, and follow his footsteps at holding fast to the Book of God and guidance of Messenger of God peace be upon him in rule, politics and administration, committed to God laws, applying Sharia in his own land, their hearts were open before their homes to their subjects, people can enter their meetings without invitation, the care is the happiness of citizens and achievement of security, tranquility, safety, prosperity, pride, prosperity and defending him, vowing to God for that and then those of their subjects who authorized them, God bless the dead, prolonged life of living persons and guided them to His obedience and satisfaction.

When God orders happened and the leader king passed away, mercy by on him, his successor, who came after him filled his place and people did not feel that someone passed away and new one came.

This is our country which administrates the world with religion, guards the world with religion, administrates wisely, skillfully, resourcefully, kindly, efficiently, expertly, and consciously after knowledge, vision, balance, moderation, not overeating or negligence.

Till the flag of peace and security flapped, there was no strife, unrests, conflicts, parties, contradiction, party spirit, ethnic affiliations, tribal blockhead or misled streams but unity, federation, nationality, word gathering, brotherhood, coalition, solidarity, interdependence, purity in doctrine, rejection of polytheism in all its forms and the application of the laws of God on the land and collection of nation on the principles of Islam and its rulings based on Qur’an, Sunnah and the life of the nation's predecessor.

It became a model of Islamic Salafi Sunni civilized state.

This state is rich, thanks God, and due to its efficient leaders and rational government which builds, constructs and establishes in order to build a modern state of civilization, leadership and for the welfare of every citizen, resident on its territory and expatriate and keeping a good safe life for them.

That’s why it punishes those who dissent from its rules and legitimate base or threaten its security, capabilities, achievements, their property or their nationals or those who have a misled thought and invalid belief or provoking discord, or holding exterior deviant opinion calls for atonement, violence, terrorism, vitiation or extremism.

Therefore, our youth- especially- should be aware of the importance of their state, preserve its unity, its position in the Arab and Islamic world, be related to their governors and scholars, no to adopt misled ideas, or fooled by deviant calls, not to follow any other way but believers way, the straight path and the straight approach, to fear their God in secret and in public, not to frighten safe people or follow the steps of devil but they should preserve their country, home and their citizens and not to be shovels of demolishing and ruining but shovels of building, construction establishing and integrity.

Homeland love is from faith and the duty of young people to know the right path and follow the group, the hand of Allah with the group and the violated person will be in the fire. .

Every year, and our rulers, our nation and our citizens are safe and well-being, secure and being in health and peace...
