 In significance of the second Forum of Societal Partnership in Scientific Research, which would be patronizing by H.R.H. Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Second Deputy Premier and Saudi Interior Minister, and organizing by Imam University in tandem with its Scientific Research Deanship, the media committee has launched its concrete works and activities lastly.


Announced that Dr. Mohammed Al-Subaihy, Chairman of the Media Committee, is statements and further shed lights upon the committee works and preparations for the forum event. “A full equipped media centre will be establishing and launching at the university for the purposes of the societal partnership forum. All necessary facilities and services would be available there for press associates”, noted he.


It worth to mention that, the forum is aims mainly to monitor the reality of the social partnership in scientific research scope in Kingdom and evaluation of the national initiatives so as to reinforce the social partnership such as the experiment of scientific endowment, research chairs, scientific gardens and business incubators. A number of themes will be fully addressing and focusing by the participants and audience such as the environment and infrastructure of research in the Kingdom; priorities and domains of research in the Kingdom; the contributions of the government in the local research industry; the contributions of the private sector in the local research industry; the contributions of non-profit organizations in the local research industry, and many other themes.
