
Crown Prince Naif Patronizes Al-Imam Salafism Symposium

On the upcoming mid of November, H.R.H. Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, Crown Prince and Minister of Interior, will patronize at Al-Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University a bold rightful symposium - Salafism: Sharia-based Curriculum and National Demand. The symposium intends to familiarize the perspective concepts of absolute truth of the Muslim scripture.
Declaring that H.E. Prof. Dr. Suliman Aba Al-Khail, Rector of Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, and additionally said "Crown Prince's approval to auspice the symposium under his aegis thanks to the importance of Salafism principles to which the kingdom always pays great attention".
In statements on the significance of the event, Dr. Aba Al-Khail said "Symposium is aims to meeting with a number of goals like; throw lights upon doctrinal teachings of Salafism movement, ironing out and clearance the righteous concept of Salafism from the anti-absurd allegations, clarify roots of Saudi government regulations and its rightful principles - as Salafism accommodate a greater role for religion in public policy - , emendate the sinful concepts of the Salafism path as extravagance and immoderacy, and lastly provides a clear mirror-image about attitude of Islam towards none-Muslims".
"Demonstrate the belonging to homeland is highly motivated by religion and rational common sense, and revive a practice of Islam that more closely resembles the religion during the time of Muhammad, are amongst other aims of the symposium" added he.
