Based on the trends of Ministry of Higher Education towards activating a modernized way of supporting the scientific research process, an idea for competition in establishing research centres amongst all local universities has been initiated. Detailed specifications and conditions have enclosed with H.E. Minister of Higher Education Minister’s letter No “5166” and dated 26/01/1429 H, which passed to all Saudi universities.
