Council Policy
- The council shall convene one time a month, if called by the chairman. However, the chairman shall call the council to convene, when needed. Also, it shall convene; if third of members presents a relevant written request.
- The minister of higher education shall record any topic he wants in the meeting agenda or to postpone it before the meeting is held.
- The meetings of council shall be invalid, unless attended by two thirds of members at least.
- A member of the council shall be selected a secretary-general through a nomination and shall be approved by the chairman.
- The resolutions of the council are taken up according to the majority of members’ votes attending the meeting. If votes are equal, the vote taken by the chairman outweighs.
