Research Papers Submission Conditions

1. The research paper must be relevant to the main conference topics.

2. The research paper must fulfill all the conditions and criteria of the scientific research.

3. The research paper must be innovative and serious.

4. The research paper must not have been published before, presented at previous conferences or taken from a previous research or thesis.

5.  The research paper must be a maximum of 30 pages (size: A4) including the appendixes and references.

6. Foreign terms and names must first be written in Arabic letters then written in Latin (English) letters between parentheses. 

7. Appendixes, references and indexes must come at the end of the research paper.

8. Footnotes and comments must come on the same page and NOT at the end of the research paper.

9. Three copies of the research paper are completely corrected and sent as a compact disk (CD) through the e-mail or the post office. The research is written in Microsoft word, font style is (Traditional Arabic) in Arabic and (Times New Romans) in English, font size is (16) in Arabic and (14) in English, top and bottom margins are (2.54) whereas right margin is (1.5) and left margin is (2.5).

10. The first page must include the research paper's title, the researcher's name, the researcher's scientific rank, the conference's name and the sponsorship.

11. The second page must include an abstract written in Arabic not exceeding one page.
