Imam Supreme Jurisdiction Institute Hosts Saudi Public Notaries

More than 30 Saudi public notaries from around the kingdom will participate in a six-week training programme organizing thanks to the strong collaborative relations between both Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University and Saudi Ministry of Justice, said Dr. Abdul-rahman Muziny, Dean of Imam Supreme Jurisdiction Institute, in statements on the occasion of the launching up of the programme this morning.

Shedding more lights on the training programme’s schedule and event, Dr. Muziny stated that, the programme main aim would be focusing on improving the function performance of participants as well as strengthening and sharpening their capabilities and skills. “They’ll be familiarizing with Saudi regulations that related to the public notary’s works and moreover, they will deliberate deeply on the procedures of registration of immovable properties for Non-Saudi citizens and foreign investments”, added he.

Its worth to mention that, the current training programme session is conducting in line with the overall programmes that provided by the institute since years for all Saudi judges and public notaries and it would be addressing by a number of specialized professors and scholars and academicians.
