Imam University Improves Its IT Networking Software and Systems

Lastly, H.E. Prof. Dr. Suliman Aba Al-Khail, Rector of Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, inked at the university headquarters an agreement with national leading company to implement the fifth stage of the university comprehensive computing systems.
Aiming at fostering the university IT capabilities and applying the government trends toward speeding the electronic transactions notion, the signed agreement was signed by both H.E. the rector and chairman of the board of Adaptive TechSoft company and will entirely be implementing in approximately eight - Georgian- months.

In statements after the signature ceremony, Dr. Aba Al-Khail said marked that, Imam University has always been receiving due care and great attention from H.M. King Abdullah Abdulaziz Al-Saud, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, and Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz, the Deputy Premier, and H.R.H. Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz, the Second Deputy Premier. Dr. Aba Al-Khail further highly lauded the ample support of H.E. Dr. Khalid Al-Angry, Saudi minister for Higher Education, for all the university plans and projects.
On the agreement details, H.E. the rector stated that, they will assist the university in installing E-Register program for highly administering the university administrative and financial information. “Improved software for employees’ data and warehousing data and medical services in addition to procurement and tenders and e-archive with a full support would be implementing soon”, clarified he.

The signature ceremony was attended by Dr. Fawzan A. Al-Fawzan, Imam Vice-rector for Community Service and Continuing Education, and Eng. Mohammed Al-Gerian, Advisor and Director-General of Technical Affairs.
