Imam University Participates in Casablanca Book Fair

Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University, representing by its library deanship, wrapped up recently its bold participation in the 16th session of Casablanca International Book Fair which organized at Morocco under the auspice of H.M. Morocco's King Mohammad VI.

Imam University's participation in the 16th Casablanca Book Fair reflected the strong keenness of the university on being present at cultural and knowledge events worldwide. Imam kiosk at the fair was contained more than 180 publications highlighting the positive and creativity image of the university, said Dr. Mohammad Saleh Al-Khulaifi, Imam Library Affairs Dean. These publications represent the creative intellectual product of Imam University and the richness of its deliverables, he said.

On furtherance with the university participation, Dr. Al-Khulaifi stated that, the academical and cultural gathering was inaugurated by H.R.H. Prince Moulay Rachid and he, as well, had paid a visit to the university kiosk accompanying with senior Saudi officials there at Morocco. “A number of high-level officials were toured in the university’s kiosk amongst them are the US Ambassador at Morocco and many academical Moroccan officers”, concluded he.
