IEEE Database Workshop Starts at Imam University Colleges

In Collaboration with Imam University's Library Affairs Deanship, College of Computing and Information Technology and The Science College, a training workshop on the IEEE Database was held at the University. The IEEE database aims to assist faculty staff members in performing intensive research as well as making and distributing scientific papers in their applied scienctific fields.

Discussing the significance of the workshop, the IEEE Managing Director of Customer Services explained to the audience the mechanisms of using the IEEE search engine and the benefits of the program which include helping the researcher in collecting accurate information and data. He also delivered a comprehensive presentation detailing other unique features offered by the program such as setting up personal accounts for search purposes and the advanced comprehensive search features which includes concentrated research and open ended research.
At the end of the training session, acting dean of the Computer and Information Science College thanked the IEEE managing director for Customer Services, and praised the continued efforts of the Library Affairs Deanship in improving the University's participation in research activities. All faculty staff members of the the two colleges attended the training workshop.
