Imam Second Scientific Communal Partnership Forum Organizes

Imam University along with its scientific deanship and the Secretariat General of Imam Research Chairs’ program had joined recently its efforts to organize on the forthcoming January, 2011 the second communal partnership forum on scientific research field.

In statements regarding the forum, H.E. Prof. Dr. Suliman Aba Al-Khail, Rector of Imam University, stated that the university is very delighted to host the forum and to continue play a critical role in fostering Saudi scientific research achievements. It comes in the context of the first forum which had been hosted and organized by the university at the last year and patronized by H.R.H. Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz, the Second Deputy Premier, Minister of Interior, explained he.

From other side, Dr. Fahd A. Al-Asker, Imam University Scientific Research Dean and who doubles as Secretary General of Imam Research Chairs’ Program, said that, the forum which will be entitled “Industry of Scientific Research In Saudi Arabia” will emphasizing on topics that related to the issue. Further, he pointed out that, the forum will discuss fully the availability of local environment for scientific research as well as the other core elements of the issue.

“Appointing the social, economical and development reflections of improving scientific research within Saudi Arabia and then contributing actively in designing the general framework and priorities of scientific research would be amongst the highest agendas of the gathering”, clarified he.
