8th Training Session for Public Notaries

Sheikh Abdullah Al-Yehia, Undersecretary of Ministry of Justice, would open the 8th training session of public notaries on Saturday October 25th, 2008, said Dr. Abdullah As-Salmy, dean of the Higher Institute of Jurisdiction.
“Conducted to sharpen skills of public notaries, the session is attended by 13 persons and shall last up till December 1st, 2008,” added he. “Such training sessions and judicial sessions cement bilateral cooperation between the Imam University and the institute set up to qualify magistrates and public notaries,” noted he.
“The training session is conducted within a context of overall programs conducted by the ministry. The six-week training session hones up administration skills; discusses the Sharia pleading process; regulation of cadastre registration of real-estates; non-Saudi ownership regulation; real-estate unit ownership; the executive regulation of public notaries competencies. Other topics are covered within the programs administration procedures; computerized notaries systems; first public notary systems; second public notary deeds; time management; under-pressure administration; inter-personnel skills; exchanging experiences of other professors due to attend the session.
