Lecture On Ideological Security at Imam University Campus

Lastly, a distinguished lecture on ideological security had been take place at the headquarters of Imam University Sharia College. Addressing the lecture Dr. Abdul-rahman Abdulaziz Al-Haddlaq, Director of Ideological Security at Saudi Interior Ministry.

Dr. Al-Haddlaq carefully explained that the notion of ideological security is ever new and has emerged starting from Saudi Arabia in the last decades. “It’s a bundle of procedures and activities that leading to guard the community against non-Islamic thought and science-weaved falsehoods. Misled thought and futile beliefs are almost the dangerous results of reasoning national security and religious foundations”, stated he.

In furtherance, Dr. Al-Haddlaq highly warned that, the internet and its networks is the key source of deviation and extremism especially for juniors and youth. The lecture was attended by a huge number of the university students and interesting persons.
