Imam University Research Chairs Council Convenes

On the last day afternoon, the council of Imam University Research Chairs Program headed by H.E. Prof. Dr. Suliman Aba Al-Khail, Rector of the university, was held its regular sixth meeting at the university rector office.

In presence of the university vice-rector and all members of the council, the session was concluded by approving many bold resolutions and recommendations in respect of improve the works of the university research chairs program. Amongst these bold resolutions, the council approved to establish Sabic research chair, Shiekh Al-Jeraisy research chair for human rights studies, approving the scientific commission of Shiekh Al-Rashid research chair for Islamic Banking studies, recommended to appoint Dr. Khalid Abdul-Rahman Al-Mishal, Associate professor at Economy and Administration Sciences College, as academic supervisor of Shiekh Al-Fouzan Economy Chair. The council it its meeting, also, recommended to appoint Dr. Yusuf Al-Khodair, Associate professor at Legitimacy policy section, Supreme Jurisdiction Institute, as a  academic supervisor of Shiekh Al-Rajhi Arbitration and Law research chair.

At the end of the meeting, Dr. Aba Al-Khail had highly urged all members of the council to do their utmost to serve and support the university and its programs.
