E-Learning Workshop held at Imam University

Last Saturday during the opening session of the e-learning workshop at Imam University, H.E. Prof. Dr. Sulaiman Aba Al-Khail, Rector of Imam Muhammad made it clear that the E-Learning program is at the core of the university's development goals. He said, "the e-learning program intends to bring together all the university's objectives and goals for every student both inside and outside Saudi Arabia to ensure Imam University playing a pivotal role in shaping their futures".

                                     

In a statement, Dr. Aba Al-Khail further explained that: "It is our obligation to stay up-to-date with all the latest tools and applications in order to facilitate the university's efforts and it's faculty staff members’ in achieving the greater objectives of the university.

                                    

Discussing the university's e-learning goals, Dr. Aba Al-Khail stressed the beliefs of specialists in the e-learning field; that an e-learning system with strong regulations and concise terms can help promote education and improve traditional learning.

Regarding the workshop's agenda, Dr. Abdul-rahman As-Sanad, Dean of Imam's Distance Learning , delivered a speech where he commented that, "the University's e-learning strategy is the very first such implementation throughout the Kingdom's higher educational institutions. This proves the university's progress, development and advancement".
