New Batch Admitted for 2008-09 Academic Year

Students, admitted to the academic year 2008-2009, were named by the Admissions Deanship, said Dr. Saad A. Al-Gusaiby, the dean.

“They were admitted thanks to admission enlargement policy adopted recently by the Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University university,” added he. “The policy was in line with directives by H.E. Professor Dr. Suliman Aba Al-Khail, the rector, to up the figures of admitted students over the capacity of the university,” noted he. “Aba Al-Khail stressed that King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, the Custodian of the Two Mosques, H.R.H. Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz, and  H.E. Khalid Al-Angary,  Minister of Higher Education, are looking forward to admitting all students interested in having a university degree,” he remarked. “The admission resolution was issued to meet the increasing requests by students and their parents being keen on studying in the higher education,” stated he.

“The university is keen on serving the community members; it interacts positively with their needs thanks to ample support to education by big officials in this blessed country,” said Al-Gusaiby.  The university shall admit students to highly-demanded majors, atop of which are Sharia, Fundamentals of Religion, Arabic Language, Languages and Translation, Computer Science, Science, etc,” added he.

To make admission go easy, the admission process will be in the first and second semesters. “Those interested in joining the university in the first semester need to submit admission papers to admission departments for males and/ or females between October 6 through 8, 2008,” said Al-Gusaiby. “Those interested in the second semester should submit theirs between October 14 thru 18, 2008,” noted he. “The placement sheet of English language is scheduled on 10/19/2008,” remarked he.
