Dr. Aba Al-Khail patronage Seminar of (obligating volunteer woks in rebuke penalty)

H. E the manager of Imam bin Mohamed Saud Islamic University. Prof. Dr. Suliman bin Abdullah Aba Al-Khail shall patronage a seminar under the title  “obligating the volunteer works in rebuke penalty” which organizes by research excellence center in the jurisprudence of contemporary issues in university on Wednesday 05/04/ 1430H , 09:30 hours in circled hall at conferences building.

The manager of center, Prof. Dr Ayyadh bin Nami Al-Salami stated that, the judge at Riyadh appeal court ,Dr. Nasser bin Ibrahim Al-Mehaimeed, and teaching staff member in Al-Qaseem University Prof. Dr.  Abdul-Aziz bin Mohamed Al-Hegilan beside the judge in Al-Mowaih court Sheikh Mohamed bin Abdul-Aziz Al-Abdul-Kareem will participate in this seminar.

He added that the seminar aims to answer the enquiry presents by those who interested in judiciary affairs about the legality (from point of Sharia view)of these penalties, to correct some miss-conceptions about this issue, and to benefit from some distinguished elites who will attend and participate this seminar from universities professors and judges, in order to reach a jurisprudenced opinion conforms with Sharia texts and intensions as well as the seminar aims to achieve the cooperation principal among  research centers and government parties.
