Imam University Medical City is A pioneering Project: Rector

Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud Islamic University’s underway medical city is containing of a modernized and well-equipped hospital with capacity of approximately one thousand beds and additionally includes four distinguished medical care centres, said H.E. Prof. Dr. Suliman Aba Al-Khail, Rector of Imam University, while receiving senior officials of Tuwaqi Vivantes company at his office.

Welcoming the high-level delegation of the company, included both of Dr. Andreas Schmitt and Dr. Nizar Ma’rouf, and in presence of Canadian Prof. Fernand Labrie, who collaborating with Imam University in medical research development, Dr. Aba Al-Khail affirmed that, the project will be a pioneering addition for the inhabitants of Riyadh city in particular and for people of Saudi Arabia in general.

In continuous to his statements, H.E. the university rector highlighted that, Imam University and its institutes have always been receiving due care from H.M. King Abdullah, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, and H.R.H. Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdul-Aziz H.R.H.
Prince Naif Abdul-Aziz, Second Saudi Premier and Minister of the Interior, and H.R.H. Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz, Emir of Riyadh Province – Allah bless them all. He, likewise, lauded the precisely follow-up of H.E. Prof. Dr. Khalid Al-Angry, Saudi Minister of Higher Education, to all the projects and progress witnessed by the university.
Dr. Khalid Al Abdulrahman, Dean of Imam Medicine College, stated that, the university medical city would help greatly in performing medicine supplementary researches that based upon proofs.
