Dr. Aba Al-Khail speech members of Sheikh Fahd Al-Muqil Research Chair for Commercial Studies

H.E. Professor Dr. Suliman Aba Al-Khail, rector of Imam Muhammad Ibn Saud University and general director of Research Chairs Program (RCP), was launched on this morning the founding works of Sheikh Fahd Al-Muqil Research Chair for Commercial Studies in presence of Mr. Bader Ibn Fahd Al-Muqil and a number of officials from inside and outside the university.

On occasion of this event, Dr. Aba Al-Khail valued this step and considered it as important as required for other researches and scientific programs. He mentioned to the deep results emerging from the workshop which assimilated in strengthen the educational process rules and, likewise, serving religious and country. He, then, praised representative of Group of Sheikh Al-Muqil sons for Investment Mr. Bader Al-Muqil for their financing of the chair and following-up all its affairs.

"Research Chair for Commercial Studies is among the most valuable research chairs in the Saudi universities that it tuned to relationship between mutual responsibilities of legal entities and dealt with public and private sectors……. I'm confident that, all goals of this research chair will fully be accomplished", elaborated Dr. Aba Al-Khail.
Dr. Fahd A. Al-Askar, Scientific Research Dean and Secretary of Research Chairs Program, outlined that this workshop is came in line with efforts of board of directors of RCP to establish various research chairs on conspicuous basis and sound scientific planning.

Dr. Mohammed A. AL-Luhaidan, Acting teacher chair, clarified the importance of the chair and its goals and visions behind establishing it as providing environment for research and training works with distinct scientific criteria to enrich the specialized theoretical knowledge and practical business, so as to help positively Businessmen, Judges, Lawyers and Researchers, and the rest of the community.

From his side, Mr. Bader Ibn Fahd Al-Muqil, honor guest of the event, pointed out that, their motivations to establish the said research chair is emerging from directives of H.M. King Abdullah bin Abdul-Aziz, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, and his crown prince to provide suitable educational environment and encourage spirit of learning and education.

"Imam University is a pioneer institution in the field of Sharia studies, Judiciary and Islamic economy; a matter that encourages different parts of civil society to benefit from its enriched experiences and from its scholars", added Mr. Al-Muqil.
Dr. Al-Muqil emphasized on future results of this research chair, and explored that idea of establishing the chair is embodiment of efforts of his respected father, God bless his soul, in the Islamic services.
