Many specialists and those interested in the field of training have observed with great interest the details of the reality of training in Saudi Arabia. They noticed the dire need for the existence of an independent scientific institution as a reference that provides scientific and technical
support for all sectors concerned with training and establishes strategic
partnerships that would develop the training industry, the dissemination of culture and the promotion of ethics in Saudi Arabia. Thus, the initiative of Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University came to establish the Saudi Scientific Society for Training and Human Resources Development (SAT) in order to satisfy that need, develop the training industry and implement the strategic partnerships with those working in the training from governmental and private sectors.
SAT hopes that its scientific and professional activities become an important factor in developing the training industry that is a prominent branch in developing human resources and improving the performance of training institutions ;an effective tool in solving problems of training environment; and an active and positive strategic partner with everyone
