First: Administrative and Financial Affairs Unit which has the tasks of:

Human resources and finances management of the center, which would be governed by the laws and regulations of the Council of HigherEducation and Universities with all their governing laws and regulations.

Supervise the process of administrative and financial management of projects and contracts of the center.

Preparation of budgets and annual planning and long term planning.
