Personnel
Prince Naif Institute presently employs a staff of approximately fifty individuals, including senior administrators and consultants, as well as general administrative staff, and secretarial and support personnel.
Full-time consultants in the Institute include Saudi nationals along with other Arabs and Westerners, all of whom hold doctoral degrees, and who together represent a broad spectrum of academic and research specializations, evident in Prince Naif Institute’s highly differentiated activities.
The task of these consultants is to undertake preliminary studies for proposed projects, including feasibility analysis, devise plans for the implementation of such projects, supervise their implementation, and evaluate their progress.
As needed, the Institute is able to draw upon the talents of the faculty and staff of Al-Imam University, thereby opening up a potential pool of more than 2,000 specialized and highly-trained individuals. Among the academic specializations they represent are: Islamic Sharia, Sharia-based policy, Dawa, media and communications, accounting, general administration, business administration, economics, Arabic language, English language, translation, social work, sociology, geography, history, psychology, education, library and information science, computer sciences, statistics, the sciences, mathematics and medicine.
Furthermore, the Institute is able to call on the teaching staff in more than sixty academic institutions supervised by Al-Imam University and distributed across the length and breadth of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
