Training and Qualification

Prince Naif Institute operates on the premise that human resources represent the true capital of any organization, whether public or private, and that the degree of success or lack of it of any organization depends on the training and qualification of its workforce, among other factors.  Consequently, the Institute, through its Training and Qualification Unit, provides a variety of training services to clients in both the public and private sectors in the Kingdom.  Programs can be offered in both Arabic and English to all categories of employees, from academic staff to technical and administrative employees, among others. Moreover, Prince Naif Institute is experienced in designing specialized training programs for university staff, including faculty as well as administrators. 

Other related services offered by the Institute include preparation of comprehensive training portfolios, peer review and evaluation of training portfolios and materials, coordination of external training programs, and preparation of comparisons of various training programs.
