Yemen tops the list of represented countries with 494 students, followed by Syria with 218, while others come from Jordan, Bangladesh, Pakistan, and many other nations.

International students are present across all academic levels, including 2,070 in undergraduate programs, 402 in general diploma programs, 218 in master's programs, 160 in doctoral studies, and 85 in specialized diploma programs. This broad distribution reflects the university's appeal and the diversity of its academic offerings.

In terms of preferred disciplines, the Department of Fundamentals of Religion and Dawah has attracted the highest number of international students with 547 enrolled, followed by the Arabic Language Teaching Institute with 419 students, and the College of Computer and Information Sciences with 339 students. This variety highlights the students' interest in combining Islamic studies with modern academic fields.

The University also provides a comprehensive range of scholarship opportunities. There are 1,584 students benefiting from international (external) scholarships, 933 from internal scholarships, and 359 students supported by partially funded internal scholarships. These programs reflect the university's commitment to supporting students from both inside and outside the Kingdom.

This international dimension reflects the University mission of promoting moderation, dialogue, and cultural exchange, aligning with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030, which positions education as a cornerstone of development and global engagement. To ensure a holistic and enriching experience, the university offers extensive support services to international students, including academic advising, housing, and cultural programs.

The University views this diversity as a source of pride and enrichment, contributing to the exchange of knowledge and cultures on campus and affirming its status as a global academic beacon that prepares qualified graduates capable of serving their communities and contributing to a more prosperous and stable future.
